Exigences
Obligatoire:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT technical support and incident management, ideally in a complex environment
- Strong knowledge of office tools (Office 365), operating systems (Windows, Active Directory), virtualization (VMware), and networks (TCP/IP, VLAN, WiFi)
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (IT Cockpit, Centreon) is a plus
- Proficient in professional English (oral and written)
- Strong service orientation and excellent communication skills
- Autonomous, reliable, and enjoys teamwork
Responsabilités
- Act as the face of IT, providing support and direct assistance while resolving incidents with agility
- Prepare and install workstations (PCs, laptops, peripherals) to ensure a smooth user experience
- Manage and optimize the hardware pool, coordinate external service providers, and follow up on rental returns
- Actively participate in major projects (Windows 11 deployment, infrastructure evolution) and contribute to the knowledge base
- Make occasional trips to our two Toulouse sites (South-East)
- Engage in regular exchanges in English with international teams
- Enjoy a long-term assignment (6 to 12 months) with real autonomy
