Exigences
Obligatoire:
- Minimum 5 years of project management expertise
- Minimum 2 years of experience in agile methodology as a Product Owner
- Functional expertise in Workplace/MDM solutions and IT domain
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- High technical writing proficiency
- Expertise in relational and organizational management
- English working environment (essential)
- French working environment (asset)
Responsabilités
- Act as the mirror for the PM by following the activities of the entity to integrate the product
- Build the deployment backlog of Windows Edition for each new entity attached to the scope
- Organize workshops to gather entity requirements
- Create backlog items for the Feature Team, build the release schedule, and communicate progress
- Collaborate with other Product Owners of Windows Edition and the PM managing the roadmap in a scrum of scrums organization
- Prepare sprint planning to define the sprint backlog content
- Prepare the sprint review with the Feature Team, including a demonstration of sprint elements
- Participate in retrospectives to work on improvement actions
- Participate in Steering Committees with entities during onboarding
- Attend monthly Steering Committees led by PM service with Senior Management Workplace

We are launching a Digital Workplace initiative known as the One Workplace Program, aimed at developing modern global products to be deployed across our group in the coming years. Within this context, our Devices Product Line defines an innovative vision and strategy for the usage, coordination, and implementation of Modern Workplace devices, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy environments. We have created a modern product managed on an up-to-date Windows 10 cloud-based system (Microsoft Intune) called Windows Edition, supported by a Feature Team dedicated to product construction, release management, and deployment to our clients, which are the various entities within our group.
