Exigences
Obligatoire:
- Bac +5 degree in a relevant field
- Knowledge of ERP SAP, especially in the ADV domain (Administration des Ventes)
- Familiarity with integration points with other SAP modules
- Understanding of ADV applications/processes is a plus
- Project management experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Rigor, synthesis, and good writing abilities
- Proficiency in English is essential
Responsabilités
- Participate in projects (support the deployment of the Core Model at new sites, implementation of new solutions, and involvement in production and hypercare)
- Act as a reference in the MCO domain, responsible for support and minor evolution
- Analyze and resolve N2 incidents
- Monitor exchanges across the entire SAP S4/HANA landscape and legacy systems
- Coordinate with middleware and legacy stakeholders on updates, patching, and version upgrades
- Perform corrective and proactive maintenance for problem management
- Manage and lead minor evolutions
- Implement continuous improvement plans
- Ensure service continuity
- Keep existing documentation up-to-date and enrich the knowledge base
- Verify and ensure quality and performance of application functionality
- Apply group norms, methods, and tools
- Ensure relevance and implementation of observability to meet performance objectives
- Collaborate with our competence center in India
