Exigences
Obligatoire:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in development tools and project methodologies (V-Model, AGILE, DevOps)
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills
- Good interpersonal relationship and ability to communicate effectively, both written and oral
- Rigor and organization
- Capacity for workshop facilitation and communication skills
- Initiative and autonomy
- Teaching and diplomacy qualities

- Experience in data processing and preferably 3D
- Strong dynamism, active listening, and excellent relational skills
- Experience with Nearshore and Offshore teams is highly recommended
Responsabilités
- Lead and supervise our development team in India
- Identify and implement optimizations, ensuring the best performance of our applications
- Define the technical architecture and scalable, robust software solutions
- Coordinate the implementation of required actions for technical projects (managing vulnerabilities, version upgrades of operating systems, migrations, etc.)
- Propose technical solutions to encountered application issues (performance, security, etc.)
- Ensure quality through code reviews and adherence to best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Supervise deliverables and communicate with stakeholders
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems
- Stay updated on new technologies and methodologies to maintain technical competitiveness of the team and product
- Update technical documentation (design, specifications, etc.)
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications for both front-end and back-end, ensuring robustness, scalability, and maintainability
- Address business needs and deepen understanding with functional referents
