Exigences
Obligatoire:
- Minimum 5 years of technical experience in development tools and project methodologies (V-Cycle, AGILE, DevOps)
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities
- Rigorous, organized, and proactive
- Ability to facilitate workshops and strong communication aptitude
- Proactive, initiative-driven, with pedagogical qualities
- Great listening skills and synthesis capabilities
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Experience in data processing, preferably in 3D
- Familiarity with Nearshore and Offshore teams
Responsabilités
- Lead and supervise our development team in India
- Identify and implement optimizations for application performance
- Define technical architecture and scalable, robust software solutions
- Coordinate project actions for technical initiatives (vulnerability management, OS system upgrades, migrations, etc.)
- Propose technical solutions to application issues (performance, security, etc.)
- Ensure quality through code reviews and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Oversee deliverables and communication with stakeholders
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Promote adoption of new technologies and methodologies
- Update technical documentation (design, specifications, etc.)
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications on both front-end and back-end, ensuring robustness, scalability, and maintainability
- Address business requirements and collaborate with functional leads
