Exigences
Obligatoire:
- Masters degree in decision-making IT, statistics, data science or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of experience in decision-making and analytical projects
- Advanced SQL skills, including PL/SQL
- Proficiency in BI environments such as ETL (ODI or equivalent)
- Strong experience with reporting and data visualization tools (SAP BO BI4 and 2025, SAP Crystal Reports, Tableau, etc.)
- Understanding of data quality, performance, code optimization, and data presentation
- Ability to structure unstructured data
- Experience with quantitative analysis methods (longitudinal analyses)
- Ability to document and reproduce analytical approaches
- Familiarity with statistical biases and methodological limits
- Professional level of English is a plus
- Methodological rigor and autonomy
- Ability to conduct in-depth analysis and synthesis
- Versatility to work in an agile environment
Responsabilités
- Analyze business needs and translate them into robust decision-making solutions
- Design, develop, and maintain data feeding flows (ETL ODI or equivalent) and data models (datamarts)
- Develop, evolve, and optimize decision-making reports (SAP Business Objects, SAP Crystal Reports, Tableau or equivalent)
- Ensure the quality, consistency, traceability, and performance of data and processes
- Maintain existing systems proactively and correctively
- Draft associated technical documentation
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data models and industrialization processes
- Transform management issues into structured analytical problems
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative statistical analyses on institutional data sets
- Mobilize appropriate analysis methods: longitudinal analyses, cohort approaches, segmentation, temporal comparisons, multivariate analyses
- Explain hypotheses, limits, and biases of the produced analyses
- Produce intelligible and argued presentations for management instances
- Contribute to structuring and documenting reusable analytical frameworks
