Software and Architecture Practice Leader

- Establish and lead the Software and Architecture Practice, including team structure, capability roadmap, and delivery standards. - Define and institutionalize architectural frameworks, reusable patterns, and reference implementations for client engagements. - Lead hiring, onboarding, and technical enablement for architects, engineers, and consulting technologists. - Develop training, certification, and upskilling programs to drive continuous improvement and scalability. - Create delivery playbooks and intellectual property that enhance consistency across engagements. - Own enterprise architecture strategy across key accounts, ensuring alignment with client business goals and technical vision. - Guide technical teams in the design and implementation of scalable, secure, cloud native architectures. - Set architectural standards across cloud (Azure/AWS), application development, DevOps, and integration layers. - Ensure alignment between discovery, delivery, and operational readiness. - Lead architecture reviews, technical governance, and cross functional collaboration. - Partner with sales and account leadership to shape technical solutions and proposals for enterprise clients. - Participate in discovery workshops, architecture assessments, and roadmap creation. - Lead technical solutioning during RFPs, SOW development, and new business acquisition. - Represent the firm in executive level discussions to articulate architectural value and technical strategy. - Drive the integration of emerging technologies-including AI, automation, and modern cloud patterns-into client and internal solutions. - Guide clients through modernization initiatives, platform re engineering, and technology evaluations. - Serve as a visible thought leader internally and externally through strategic advisory, content, and public engagement. - Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and architectural rigor within the consulting organization. - Design and implement rigorous evaluation processes for senior engineers and architects. - Calibrate internal technical interviewers to uphold hiring standards. - Support workforce planning, capability forecasting, and global practice growth.
