Exigences
Obligatoire:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in development within Microsoft backend environments in an agile context.
- Strong communication skills, adaptability, creativity, innovation, and autonomy.

Responsabilités
- Collaborate with end users to understand their needs and develop a shared product vision.
- Work with QA and PO on writing Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
- Participate in various agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily meetings, and sprint retrospectives).
- Lead different phases of analysis and technical design.
- Implement tasks while adhering to clean code principles.
- Participate in code reviews and propose improvements in code quality and architecture.
- Prepare and present demos to end users.
- Establish testing strategies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of team craftsmanship and clean code practices.
- Act as a technical reference and assist juniors with their technical tasks.
- Participate in and lead our weekly hives: presentations on technical topics for collaborative technological monitoring.
