- Advise and support the General Management by acting as a facilitator and expert in IT strategies - Ensure the operational maintenance of the information system by overseeing operations, support, and change management - Develop clear and educational internal communication to promote employee engagement with IT issues, rules, and developments - Support change management in collaboration with business units, managers, and General Management to facilitate the adoption of tools and transformations in the IT system - Supervise and manage IT projects, ensuring objectives, deadlines, and budgets are met, with operational involvement when necessary - Conduct technological and market trend monitoring to anticipate changes and propose strategic recommendations aligned with the companys vision, security challenges, and competitive environment - Prepare the annual budget for the information system
