Exigences
Obligatoire:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in web development, with a focus on modern and scalable architectures
- Strong understanding of business issues and ability to communicate with Product and Operations teams
- Proficiency with generative AI tools to assist development while ensuring rigorous quality, performance, and security of the code produced
- Autonomy, rigor, proactivity, and willingness to help the team improve skills
Technical skills expected:
- Web programming, both frontend (React/NextJS) and backend (Python, Django, SQL, NodeJS, GraphQL)
- Solid understanding of how web applications work
- Knowledge of deployment methods (Docker, Lambda)
Transversal skills:
- Product/business orientation: understanding challenges and proposing relevant solutions
- Technical rigor and autonomy
- Ability to evaluate and improve code quality, including code generated by AI
- Team spirit, mutual assistance, and kindness
- Documentation culture and knowledge sharing
- Technological curiosity, especially regarding AI usage in development
Responsabilités
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure applications (frontend & backend)
- Produce well-designed, testable, and efficient code using best web development practices
- Ensure code quality (testing, code reviews, best practices, documentation), whether produced manually or via AI
- Participate in gathering business requirements, defining technical solutions, and prioritizing tasks
- Create webpage layout/user interface using standard HTML/CSS practices as well as known frontend frameworks
- Integrate data from various backend services and databases
- Collect and refine specifications and requirements based on business needs and technical constraints
- Create and maintain project documentation
- Perform maintenance on projects and plan for scaling
- Assist customer support with all project-related questions from the technical department, including the learning platform
- Conduct technology and AI watch to propose relevant improvements
- Collaborate with the Design team to align with the visual design intent
- Collaborate with SEO and SEA teams
La description
We are looking for an experienced Fullstack Developer to join our Tech team that continuously designs and improves our learning platform, production tools, and internal business tools. You will be part of a business-oriented team, directly reporting to the CTO, in a small organization where the impact of each developer is visible and valued. The position is based in Marseille (13008) and requires in-person attendance.
