If you are a Customer who is a natural person conducting business activity and you are acting on your own behalf, your personal data shall be processed to achieve the following purposes:

  • taking actions before concluding a contract or aiming to conclude a contract, including preparation of an offer and conducting negotiations, on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as: GDPR), for the time necessary to finish negotiation process, and in case such contract or agreement is concluded – for realisation of rights and obligations resulting from agreement concluded between you and DevITJobs (provision of the service) – on the basis of the above-mentioned GDPR provision, for the time of execution of the agreement/contract (until its termination);
  • realisation of DevITJobs’ legal obligations, resulting from generally applicable law, including but not limited to tax laws, accounting laws – on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) of GDPR along with provisions of Polish Accounting Act and tax laws. Data shall be processed for this purpose for the time stated in applicable law provisions (i.a. in case of Polish Accounting Act – for 5 years after the end of calendar year, in which the agreement/contract was terminated);
  • to ensure communication and carrying out the process of obtaining funding and improving the flow of information under the contract – on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of GDPR (pursuing the legitimate interest of DevITJobs) – until you successfully object for such processing or until termination of the concluded agreement/contact, whichever occurs first;
  • establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims – on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of GDPR (pursuing the legitimate interest of DevITJobs) – until the limitation of claims resulting from generally applicable law.

If you are a User who is acting on behalf of our Customer (a natural person conducting business activity, legal person or any other legal entity that entered into contract with the DevITJobs), your personal data shall be processed for the purpose of realisation (pursuing) the legitimate interest of DevITJobs, on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of GDPR, in form of:

  • taking actions before concluding a contract or aiming to conclude a contract for the provision of services with the Customer (party of agreement) that you represent or who/which indicate you as a contract person for the performance of the contract; and in the case of conclusion of the contract, also for the purpose of performing the contract. The data will be processed until the negotiation process finishes; in the case of conclusion of the contract, your data shall be processed until its full execution or until the Customer dismisses you from your duty as representant of a contact person acting on Customer’s behalf;
  • establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims that may arise or result from conducted negotiations of a contract, and in the case of conclusion of a contract – also ones that result from the implementation of this contract. The data will be processed until the limitation of claims resulting from generally applicable law.

Depending on the scope of additional services that you required from DevITJobs, your data may also be processed for the following purposes:

  • if you have subscribed to the Newsletter – your data will also be processed on the basis of the consent given by the fact that you have subscribed via the Newsletter form (Article 6(1)(a) of GDPR) for the purpose of delivering you the Newsletter. You can withdraw your consent at any time, however the withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Data shall be processed until your consent is withdrawn;
  • if you contact us using the contact form or email addres - DevITJobs may collect your personal data and process it for the purposes of:
    • establishing and maintaining contact with you, including providing answers to questions and requests send to DevITJobs via form or via e-mail (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), for the time necessary to execute the contact and provide you with all information you required or until You successfully object for such processing, whichever occurs first;
    • establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), until the limitation of claims resulting from generally applicable law.

Providing personal data is partially your legal obligation, resulting from the abovementioned laws. Where no legal obligation exists, providing your personal data is voluntary, however it may be necessary to fulfil the abovementioned purposes.

Your personal data may be disclosed to trusted entities cooperating with DevITJobs, in particular entities which provide us with their services, including but not limited to: IT support, advisory, consultative and legal services, postal and courier services. Your personal data may also be disclosed to entities entitled to access them by generally applicable law.

You are entitled to access your personal data, their rectification, and under specific conditions provided by law also to demand their erasure, restriction of their processing, to object to their processing and to data portability. You are also entitled to lodge a complaint if you perceive processing your personal data by DevITJobs as incompliant with GDPR. The complaint shall be lodged with appropriate supervisory authority, which in Poland, since May 25th, 2018 is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. If we process your personal data on the basis of your consent or if such consent was given in order to enable us to deliver you marketing information via electronic means, you are also entitled to withdraw given consent at any time, however the withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Your personal data are being processed in the abovementioned purposes until the you effectively exercise the right to object their processing by DevITJobs.

Transfer Of Data

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.

If you are located outside Switzerland and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to Switzerland and process it there.

In case your data have to be transferred outside European Economic Area (EEA), DevITJobs shall undertake all necessary measures to ensure that proper level of security, which guarantees the safety of the data subject (so: you), and all guarantees for privacy protection are met. In particular, the transfer may be carried out on the basis of a contract concluded using Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Removal Of Data

You can at any time request to receive an electronic copy of your data, as well request your data to be removed (deleted); such request should be processed in up to 7 working days.

We use the service of a payment processor - Stripe for credit and debit card transactions.

    Using of the service requires processing of company data (name, address, company specific information, employee contact details, account numbers). The data is processed by SwissDev Greg Janusz Tomasik company and enables proper usage of the DevITJobs marketing service.

Dublin Ireland [email protected] in the scopy requried to process an order payment. The client has the right to fully access, amend and request removal of his data. Providing of data is voluntary but required for proper use of the service.

We use Tawk.to as the live chat provider.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children").
