Obligatoire:
We are looking for candidates who have a Bac+5 degree with a specialization in Safety and Security. You should have demonstrated teamwork capabilities, be methodical and rigorous, and possess a proactive mindset along with intellectual curiosity. A good understanding of applicable policies and regulations (such as labor law, Solvency II, GDPR, DORA, etc.) is essential. You should be able to assess diagnostics in safety and security areas and translate them into action plans, as well as design training and awareness programs to enhance operational capability (crisis exercises, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary, along with strong interpersonal abilities to engage with various stakeholders in a complex and sensitive ecosystem. A sense of anticipation, responsibility, and prioritization is crucial for successfully completing your previous assignments.

Responsabilités
As an Analyst in Security and Safety, you will contribute to the protection of individuals and material and immaterial assets within your scope by implementing prevention and protection policies among the group brands. You will assess risks and threats while contributing to Security and Safety monitoring (security anticipation) in line with regulatory requirements. You will coordinate crisis management and business continuity plans, ensuring their effective functioning. Additionally, you will analyze causes and consequences of detected Security and Safety anomalies or suspected fraud cases, proposing corrective measures as necessary. Your role will also involve engaging a network of stakeholders to achieve our objectives.
