Exigences
Obligatoire:
- Masters degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Access management.
- Solid understanding of identity and access management concepts, protocols, and best practices (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory frameworks related to IAM, such as ISO 27001, NIST SP 800-63, or GDPR.
- Strong knowledge of authentication mechanisms, including single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and secure token exchange.
- Knowledge of PingFederate, PingID, and F5 platforms, including implementation, configuration, and administration.
- Understanding of cryptographic processes (key management, seeding, and PKI).
- Knowledge of the ITIL framework.
- Team-oriented with strong relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, motivated, and eager to learn.
- Proven ability to work on high-risk and complex integrated assignments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
Responsabilités
As the Access IT Product Manager, I will deliver and deploy IT solutions, ensuring end-to-end accountability throughout the product lifecycle. My specific duties will include:
- Managing F5 and Password Manager products while acting as IT Operator for PingID and PingFederate.
- Performing integrations and support with application owners for IAM Access activities (like SSO configuration).
- Troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Collaborating with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to gather requirements and develop IAM strategies.
- Configuring and administering the F5 platform, integrating with various target systems, user directories, and federation partners.
- Monitoring system logs and responding to potential security incidents.
- Providing guidance to internal teams on the use of F5 tools while ensuring adherence to security policies.
- Conducting routine maintenance, including patches and software upgrades.
- Participating in business continuity activities to ensure security standards are met.
