Responsibilities

- Assurer une assistance performante lors de l’utilisation de l’ensemble des logiciels de l’entreprise - Effectuer le support (téléphonique et télémaintenance) pour nos clients - Accompagner et fournir des compléments de formation aux clients sur un outil complet de gestion des tournées et des relèves - Réaliser l’accueil téléphonique et le support SAV sur notre gamme de produits - Représenter l’entreprise en termes d’image et de rapport aux clients

Nous sommes la Société DIOPTASE, en pleine expansion, accompagnant les administrations publiques de distribution des eaux. Nous renforçons notre équipe de support technique aux utilisateurs. Ce poste est en CDI, à temps plein, avec une rémunération comprise entre 27 000,00€ et 33 000,00€ par an. Le lieu de travail est en présentiel et le début est prévu pour le 05/01/2026.
