Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Specialist (h/f) - Ceyreste

As the VDI Technology Specialist, I expect you to contribute to both projects and run activities whenever theres a need to advise and deliver VDI technology while working closely with the EE solution architect and the VDI product manager. Your challenges will include acting as the VDI subject matter expert, advising on delivery methodologies and approaches, and collecting, researching, and suggesting solutions to address requirements. Your key activities will involve: - Delivering VDI/VAD solutions design and supporting solution architects during the definition stage to address business requirements. - Supporting the delivery of POCs. - Defining Airbus Helicopters VDI technological orientation axes for both infrastructure and services. - Acting as the Airbus Helicopters VDI reference, participating in Airbus Group projects or any cross-divisional initiatives involving VDI technology. - Managing and resolving the most complex technical incidents on VDI/VAD, serving as the ultimate escalation point and providing in-depth expertise for Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops solutions. - Establishing the business case and updating company guidelines and policies regarding the use of VDI technology, as well as mentoring and developing team members by sharing VDI expertise. ---
