As the successful candidate, you will demonstrate some of the following skills and competencies:
- A Masters degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology or a related field.
- Proficiency in VDI/VAD and Netscaler (Citrix mandatory, Omnissa Horizon is a plus) with confirmed experience in this domain.
- A strong IT background (operating systems, network, cyber security) with 5 to 10 years of experience in IT operational environments.
- A good understanding of business requirements, customer service orientation, and a focus on quality deliverables.
- Skills in component integration, technology trend monitoring, and management of partners and subcontractors.
- Team spirit, strong interpersonal relationships, service-mindedness, and accountability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in French and English at a negotiation level.
This role will involve regular travel across Europe, and a security clearance will be necessary or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsabilités
As the VDI Technology Specialist, you will:
- Act as the VDI Subject Matter Expert, providing advice on technology delivery and associated use cases for both projects and operations.
- Collect, research, and propose solutions to address various requirements.
- Advise on methodologies and implementation approaches.
- Utilize deep knowledge of VDI technologies to autonomously develop POCs and contribute to future IT strategies and standards.
- Deliver designs for VDI/VAD solutions and support solution architects in meeting business requirements.
- Support the delivery of POCs.
- Define Airbus Helicopters VDI technological orientation for both infrastructure and services.
- Serve as the VDI referent for Airbus Group projects and cross-divisional initiatives involving VDI technology.
- Manage complex technical incidents related to VDI/VAD, providing in-depth expertise.
- Demonstrate the value of new VDI technologies to establish business cases and update company guidelines regarding VDI use.
- Monitor and support VDI technology application within the Airbus Environment and make recommendations for suitable technologies.
- Keep abreast of VDI technological trends and leverage this knowledge to enhance competitive advantage.
- Mentor team members and share VDI expertise to contribute to their skill development.
