- Masters degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology or related field.
- VDI/VAD & Netscaler competencies (Citrix mandatory, Omnissa Horizon is a plus) and confirmed experience in this expertise domain.
- Strong IT background (operating systems, network, cyber security) with 5-10 years of experience in an IT operational environment.
- Good understanding of business requirements, customer service-oriented, and focus on quality deliverables.
- Skills in component integration, technology trend monitoring, and partner/subcontractor management.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills; team spirit, service-mindedness, and accountability.
- Analyzing and problem-solving skills.
- French and English negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly within Europe.
- Security clearance eligibility may be required.

Responsabilités
- Act as the VDI subject matter expert, advising on technology delivery and associated use cases for both projects and operations.
- Collaborate with EE solution architect and VDI product manager to deliver VDI technology solutions.
- Collect, research, and suggest solutions to address requirements.
- Develop POCs and contribute to future IT strategies and standards.
- Deliver VDI/VAD solution designs and support solution architects during definition phases.
- Define the technological orientation for VDI at Airbus Helicopters.
- Manage and resolve complex technical incidents related to VDI/VAD.
- Prove the value of VDI technologies to establish business cases and update company guidelines.
- Monitor VDI technology trends and guide teams in application within the Airbus environment.
- Mentor and develop team members by sharing VDI expertise.
